Elves are not included in our kits; they are designed to work with the scout elves that are already part of your family.
Pre-Ordering and Dispatch
All our kits are available for pre-order. Your kits will be dispatched between early to mid-November each year.
By purchasing, you are legally entering into a contract with us to supply the item. Due to the incredible amount of care and effort that goes into creating our kits, we begin working on them as soon as your order is placed. Therefore, after a 7-day "cooling-off" period from the date of purchase, cancellations or refunds will not be accepted.
Disclaimer: We strive to dispatch your kits within the stated timeframe; however, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. We will notify you promptly if any delays occur.
Payment Options
Traditional Laybuy: You will be invoiced weekly over a 6-week period. Payments must be made on the due dates specified. If any payments are late, you will receive one reminder. If payment is still not received, your order may be cancelled. You are welcome to pay the balance in full at any stage during the laybuy period.
Bank Transfer: You will be emailed with bank account details and are required to arrange payment within 5 working day
Credit Card Payment: This will be securely managed at the checkout. We will never ask you to supply your credit card details to us directly, and we do not store your credit card details, this is managed by a third party. We do not charge a surcharge for credit card payments.
Quality and Errors
While every effort has been made to ensure there are no spelling or grammar errors in the contents of our kits, small errors may occur due to the handmade nature of the products.
Returns and Exchanges
If your kit is defective or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 5 working days of receiving your kit to arrange a return or exchange. We do not accept returns or exchanges for other reasons.
Shipping and Pick-Up
Kits will be sent via NZ Post. Please ensure you select the correct address type (Urban or Rural) on your order form. If you select Urban for a Rural Delivery address, we will issue an invoice for the additional shipping charges. All boxes will be dispatched as non-signature required. If you need to upgrade this to signature required, please contact us, and we can arrange this for you for an additional $5.00.
Pick-up is available from our Palmerston North address. Once your kit is ready, we will email you with available times and dates for pick-up.
Flexiability
These kits are designed to work with any elf, there is nothing included that limits them to a specific type of elf.
Small Parts Warning
Our kits contain small parts, as elves love their tiny knick-knacks and trinkets! Please keep them away from younger children (under 4 years) to ensure their safety.
Food Products
Our kits contain small food items such as chocolates and lollies. If you or your children have allergies, it may be best to avoid ordering at this stage. We are working on food-free options and hope to offer them soon!
Customisation
Our kits are designed for one elf. You may add additional elves if desired.
When customising your kit, we will add your children's names and elf names to 4-10 days of the kit. The number of customised days will vary depending on whether you have ordered a 12-day or 24-day kit.
Not every day will be customised. Please ensure all names are spelled correctly on your order form, as this is what we will use. There will be no exchanges or updates if these details were entered incorrectly at the time of ordering.
Data Privacy
We respect your privacy and will only use your data for order processing and customisation purposes. Your information will not be shared with third parties except as required to fulfill your order.
